Craig still uses a hoe to help clean the lofts. He also uses a short handled hoe to clean the next boxes and perches. With a shorter handle the hoe is much easier to maneuver in the loft.

The kids have always loved the short handled hoe and used to fight over who would get to use it to weed the garden. Now only Braxton likes to use it to weed. It is too short for everyone else.
