This is a view looking into the crates from the outside end. I guess the pigeons get the same view in reverse from their end as they go into the crates. I guess you would call that a bird's eye view! The pigeons seem to know where they are headed and after the first few times learning the system, they easily move into the crates without any fear or hesitation. It is a simple job to stand in the coop and send a third of the pigeons down the chute at a time. Carol or one of the kids can easily help Craig to crate the birds and it takes less than half the time to do it. |
