Craig has always built his own pigeon crates. He and his brothers started making them when they were teenagers. They have sold many of them to other flyers over the years.

Recently, Craig's back has been bothering him and he found that carrying his old crates was causing him a lot of back pain. They were too heavy and moving them in and out of the loft all the time was awkward. He was also getting some back pain from bending over to catch the pigeons each time he took them on a trainer. He wanted to find a solution for both problems.

He designed some new lighter pigeon crates that are much easier to move and to stack. He also designed a new system to crate the birds.
